Degalen recently had the privilege of attending the Schaeffler JSEAP BIS Partner Days 2025, a 4-day event held in Vadodara, India, that proved to be both insightful and inspiring.
The theme for this year’s event, “Partnering for Excellence: Delivering Value Together,” perfectly aligned with our mission at Degalen to drive growth through collaborative partnerships.
Over the course of the event, Degalen’s team was able to engage with key stakeholders, both familiar faces and new partners, and share knowledge across a variety of business-critical areas.
The event included in-depth sessions on topics such as Schaeffler’s India Plant & Product Showcase, Partner Competency, ILS Updates, and Sustainability, providing invaluable insights into the future direction of the industry.
A highlight of the event was the opportunity for Degalen’s CEO, Monalisa del Gallego-Jarque, and COO, Maria Luisa del Gallego-Martinez, to share our success story from the Partner End User Sales Program.
Our presentation highlighted the value of our partnership with Schaeffler and the tangible outcomes we’ve achieved through their ongoing support and collaboration.
We hope our story inspired others and further strengthened the connections between our teams. The event also featured a tour of Schaeffler’s Maneja and Savli plants, where we saw firsthand the company’s dedication to innovation, operational excellence, and sustainability.
These visits reinforced our confidence in Schaeffler’s products and deepened our appreciation for their commitment to quality and progress.
The final day of the event included a visit to the Statue of Unity, a truly humbling and awe-inspiring experience, offering a moment to reflect on the magnitude of both the event and our shared journey.
